Thank you. <3 I don't think we actually have black mold, just a shitton of rot and opportunistic bugs eating the rotten wood and .. yeah. I think there's going to be a fundraisy post going up tomorrow. Bake sale time!

If it was black mould they probably would have told you to move out, especially with small child, so yeah. Still, that's so not good. :( Pity there's probably no way to make that damned contractor pay.
